2020 will be an extremely exciting year for the architectural visualisation industry and in turn for us here at AIS, technology is evolving at an ever increasing rate and we aim to embrace these opportunities to directly benefit our clients.

The most exciting news we have for early 2020 is our introduction of BIMmotion (building information modelling) and VR (virtual reality). This will allow our clients to explore their projects using either a PC/tablet or our VR headset. This feature will give our clients a completely immersive 3D ‘real time’ experience of their project. Imagine being able to walk through your design room by room with a 360 degree field of vision and explore your grounds and garden months if not years before you even break ground! Ultimately, this could potentially save money and time during construction by having flushed out all the queries and kinks prior to the construction process.

Possibly the most exciting part of this product is that we can supply this file to our clients as an .exe file so it can be used on any computer without the need for any additional software. This means you can explore your project in the privacy and comfort of your own home, show friends and family or even other professionals involved in your project, this file also gives the client the ability to change weather conditions, times of the day and months of the year all at the click of a button. This incredibly intuitive user face is an incredibly powerful feature of the software we use and we plan to ensure our clients take full advantage of this amazing feature.
